We at Hosting Cobra want you to be delighted with all aspects of our hosting services. Within 30 days of your first purchase, we provide a refund if for any reason you are dissatisfied with our services.
Please email our customer service department at [email protected] to make a refund request. Within 2 business days, we will assess your refund request and get back to you.
Refund Qualifications:
You must fulfill the following requirements in order to be qualified for a refund:
You’ve recently (30 days) ordered our hosting services.
You have not transgressed either our Acceptable Use Policy or our Terms of Service.
On your purchase, you did not receive any discounts or promotions.
Returning Money:
After confirming that you are eligible for a refund, your request will be processed in five business days. The original payment method that was used to make the purchase will get the refund.
Please be aware that depending on your bank or credit card provider, the refund may not display on your account for 5-7 business days.
Cancellation:
You can cancel your hosting services at any time by getting in touch with our customer care staff if you want to do so but are not entitled to a return. The end of your current billing cycle will result in the termination of your hosting services.
